What is Dry Salt Therapy?
Known as Halotherapy, it utilizes a halogenerator to grind and crush pharmaceutical grade salt into micronized particles that are dispersed into the Room.
Dry Salt Therapy acts like a sponge attracting foreign substances through the respiratory tract. It removes foreign elements that cause various respiratory ailments and conditions and also helps to rid the body of toxins, relieves congestion, helps reduce inflammation, and skin conditions. A clean respiratory system naturally results in higher oxygen intake, increased energy and an improved immune system. For best results, the Salt Therapy Association recommends a series of treatments. Some prefer to use Dry Salt Therapy as a continuous preventative measure.

Once you enter The Salt Room, you can sit and relax, listen to relaxing music, read a book, meditate or simply rest. You'll find pure relaxation and tranquility away from your everyday stress, leaving you rejuvenated and fully energized. Dress is loose, comfortable clothing that you can relax in.

Sessions run in 15, 30 and 45 minute increments and are $20, $30 and $40. Packages are available as well.
